Collaborative working annual conference

Collaborate for a stronger, more successful and sustainable sector!

Collaborative working is increasingly becoming one of the key issues for the sector and is an important strategic issue for every organisation. This year's Collaborative Working Conference will provide a unique opportunity to exchange ideas and experience, and contribute to the development of the collaborative working agenda.

The event will use the interactive Open Space method – an approach that maximises participation, enabling delegates to select the topics which are important to them. Experts and practitioners will be present to share advice on issues such as sharing support services, mergers, and the legal and financial implications of collaborating. Some of the experts attending are: Colin Rochester (former Director of the Centre for Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Management at Roehampton University), Richard Black (Head of Mergers at the Charity Commission), Linda Joy Mitchell (Independent Facilitator and Development Consultant), Kevin Ireland(Executive Director of the London Housing Foundation) and many others.
